Rohtak Shivaji colony station house officer (SHO) Rakesh Saini said that they were engaged in vehicle checking when they stopped a taxi that was coming from Jhajjar and its driver was observed to be uncomfortable.
The police have seized ₹1 crore of unaccounted for cash from four men travelling in a car in Rohtak on Tuesday. The police have also detained all of them for questioning.

“We checked the taxi car and did not find anything. Then, we checked bags and recovered ₹1 crore. The car occupants failed to give a concrete reply. We have handed over the amount to income tax department officials. Three of them belong to Delhi and one from Rohtak,” the SHO added.
