Two police personnel deputed in the security of deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala were injured after a vehicle of his cavalcade hit stray cattle near Bherian village in Kurukshetra’s Pehowa town on Wednesday.

As per information, the accident took place around 10 am on the Chandigarh-Hisar NH-152, when a stray cattle suddenly came in front of a PCR vehicle in the cavalcade and another vehicle hit it from behind.

Later, the deputy CM proceeded for his scheduled programme at Uchana Kalan, where he was to address a gathering to extend the invitation of Jannayak Janta Party’s December 9 rally in Bhiwani to mark the party’s fifth Foundation Day.
