The department of town and country planning (DTCP) will conduct a hearing on Monday for residents in DLF phases one to five, who have been issued violation notices by the district town planner, enforcement, officials said.

The department had issued a public notice on December 3, 2025, and a revised notice on December 15, 2025 stating that the list of violations related to houses and buildings in DLF phases one to five has been uploaded on the website of the DTCP, Haryana.
The hearing will be held at 10am at the office of district town planner, enforcement, in HSVP Complex, Sector-14, as per a department notice.
“This hearing will be limited to a single issue that is determining whether the concerned DTPE has the authority to take action on the building violations,” the notice said.
To recall, after a Punjab and Haryana High Court order in February 2025, show-cause notices and restoration orders were issued to approximately 4,500 house owners in the DLF areas over illegal constructions and commercial activities. “The hearing will be held on Monday as per the directions of the Punjab and Haryana High Court,” said Amit Madholia, district town planner, enforcement.
