The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research and Training Institute (Mahajyoti) and the Vasantrao Naik Research and Training Institute (VJNT/VJNTI) were scheduled to conduct the examination.

The screening test was scheduled for Wednesday (October 7) at Sun Bright English Medium School in Pune and Marathwada Online Exam Centre in Nanded. Mahajyoti managing director Milind Naringe and VJNTI managing director Prashant Vavge announced the cancellation in a press release, citing technical issues. The revised date, time and centre details will be announced shortly on the official websites of Mahajyoti and VJNTI.

“Students are suffering due to repeated mismanagement in competitive and scholarship examinations. The technical glitches at the Mahajyoti examination centres in Pune and Nanded are yet another example of the government’s failure to conduct examinations smoothly. The authorities must fix responsibility for this negligence, and Cabinet Minister Atul Save should take responsibility and resign,” said NCP MLA Rohit Pawar.
