Pune district reports 123 new Covid cases, no death
The progressive count stands at 1.45 million out of which 1.42 million have recovered, 20,509 deaths and 1,275 are current active cases
PUNE As per the state health department, the district reported 123 new Covid-19 cases and no death due to the infection on Friday. This took the progressive count to 1.45 million out of which 1.42 million have recovered, 20,509 deaths and 1,275 are current active cases.
As per the state health department, Pune rural reported 50 new Covid-19 cases which took the progressive count to 425,132 and the death toll stood at 7,143.
Pune city reported 47 new Covid-19 cases which took the progressive count to 679,495 and the death toll stood at 9,427.
Pimpri-Chinchwad reported 26 new Covid-19 cases and the progressive count went up to 347,075 and the toll stood at 3,589.
The district, as per the CoWin dashboard till Friday saw in total 17.43 million doses being administered. Out of which 9.52 million are first doses, 7.66 million are second doses and 245,115 were precautionary doses.
A total of 478 sites saw vaccination out of which 392 were government centres and 86 were private.
