IND vs AUS Highlights, 3rd Test, Day 2: After dominating the scenes on Day 1, Australia produced a similar show in the following day in the third Test against India in Indore. The visitors bundled Rohit Sharma and Co. for 163 in the second innings. Australia, who are trailing 2-0 in the four-match series, now need 76 runs to win the contest. Nathan Lyon ruled the bowling charts, picking eight wickets in 23.3 overs he bowled. Todd Murphy and Mitchell Starc also picked a wicket each. Meanwhile, Cheteshwar Pujara emerged as the standout batter from the Indian camp, scoring a resilient 59 before Steve Smith plucked a blinder at leg slips to bring an end to his stay in the middle. Usman Khawaja too had grabbed a blinder at short mid-wicket earlier in the innings to dismiss Shreyas Iyer for 26 off 27 balls. Meanwhile, Umesh Yadav breathed fire in the opening session as he scalped three wickets to help India wrap the Australian first innings for 197. The tourists, however, took a healthy lead of 88 runs. The day started with Cameron Green and Peter Handscomb providing Australia with an ideal start. The pair added 30 runs to the overnight total of 156/4, before Ashwin removed Handscomb for 19. Rohit then introduced Umesh, who dismissed Green (21) in his first over and went to remove Mitchell Starc with a beauty in the next. India were bowled out for 109 in the first innings.
