The diminutive bowler, who is presently working with the English side as their spin consultant, said Pakistan and England looked the two best in the eight-nation competition.

“Their biggest advantage is they are free of any major fitness problems with their players, a problem that has affected all other teams either before or during the competition,” he said. “They have the best bowling options in pace and spin. They are the sides with the bowling to cope with any pitch conditions. And I see them playing in the final,” he added.

“I am not surprised that India has struggled because they are missing Sehwag and Yuvraj while they made a mistake not play Pragyan Ojha,” he said.
