NEW DELHI: Fearing paper leak after a person ran away with the Delhi University LLB exam paper from the examination centre just five minutes before the paper started, students have put a petition on change.org.

On June 22, at the Ar ts Faculty Centre someone ran away with the exam paper minutes before the exam was scheduled to start. University officials have filed a police complaint in this regard. There were 40 exam centres in Delhi.

“We were informed by the in-charge of the centre that someone ran away with the paper five minutes before the exam. The in-charge has filed a police complaint. As of now we don’t know if it was a student,” said a university official.

The petition on change. org is addressed to President Pranab Mukherjee and Delhi University vice-chancellor Yogesh Tyagi. “…Request you to kindly conduct the re-examination in order to secure the future of such bright students and cure the defect on part of the administrative authorities, So that there shall be no suspicion or any questions raised by any of the students or other concerned person in the future.”
