22-yr-old killed in accident

In a gruesome accident, a man’s body was severed when an unknown vehicle hit his motorcycle in Sarai Kale Khan in Southeast Delhi on Monday, reports HT Correspondent.

In a gruesome accident, a man’s body was severed when an unknown vehicle hit his motorcycle in Sarai Kale Khan in Southeast Delhi on Monday.

The deceased, Yadeep Sehgal (23), and his friend Feroz Ali (22) were on a Pulsar motorcycle when the vehicle hit them near a CNG station in Sarai Kale Khan area. The incident happened around 2:30 pm. A passerby immediately called the police.

“Both the vehicles were moving at high speed. So when the unknown vehicle hit the motorcycle, the two-wheeler first hit a divider and Sehgal was flung into the air. His head then pierced the sharp railing on the divider and his body severed and was flung three meters away,” said a senior police officer.

Ali was was rushed to AIIMS Trauma Centre.
