After sending people scurrying for cover under harsh sun, weather turned unexpectedly pleasant on Monday evening after thunder squall hit the Capital followed by drizzle at many places with Dwarka even experiencing hails.

Said Supriya Thakkar, a student from Dwarka, Sector 14, “First there was this bad dust and then it rained but only for about 15 minutes.”
Similar conditions, except the hails, prevailed in other south Delhi areas.
