The Ghaziabad sessions court has ordered the CBI to furnish the remaining documents to Talwars by May 17 and also fixed May 21 as the next date of hearing in which arguments over framing of charges will be heard.

Though arguments on framing of charges were expected to be heard on Wednesday, CBI and Talwars’ counsels once again locked horns over handover of unfurnished documents.
On Tuesday, the CBI had handed over three CDs and documents running into 6,000 pages to their lawyers. Wednesday’s court order stated that some photographs related to Aarushi and some other CDs were to be handed over to the Talwars.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court reserved its order on Nupur’s review petition on Wednesday. In her plea, Nupur had requested the court to reconsider its earlier verdict holding that nothing was amiss in the Allahabad high court verdict, upholding the magistrate’s order to summon her in the twin murder case of her Aarushi and Hemraj.
