Aarushi case: Judicial custody extended

The judicial custody of the three accused in the Aarushi murder case, Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal, was extended till August 21, reports Peeyush Khandelwal.

The judicial custody of the three accused in the Aarushi murder case, Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal, was extended till August 21.

Mandal broke down in court following which the magistrate, on the request of the defence counsel, ordered lawyers and others present in the court to move out and listened to the three accused for ten minutes in person.

Mandal’s lawyer Naresh Yadav said, “Mandal was forced by the CBI to confess and this was video recorded. The agency made him sign on blank papers.”
