CBI spokesperson Harsh Bhal, however, refused to comment. “I will not make any comment on the investigations,” he said.

Rajkumar, the domestic help with the Durrani family, friends of Aarushi’s parents, was released on September 15, 2008, after the CBI failed to file a chargesheet against him.

Rajkumar, who is now in the Capital, said he would cooperate with the CBI in the investigation.
