The Congress on Saturday accused the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of supporting terrorism following the arrest of several right-wing Hindu radicals for the Malegaon blast.

Referring to the BJP radicals' link with Abhinav Bharat, a Hindu outfit that calls for armed struggle in the country, Congress leader M. Veerappa Moily said: "The BJP is openly supporting terrorism. They are not ashamed of supporting the terror accused."
"Do you think power can be grabbed by terrorism? What kind of politics they (BJP) are playing?" Moily asked during a chat with reporters.
"What name could be called to the man (seer Dayanand Pandey alias Sudhakar Dwivedi who allegedly masterminded Malegaon blast) who was known in different names in different places?" Moily asked.
"He cannot be called a Hindu terrorist as a terrorist doesn't have any religion," he said.
