A meeting of the Union Cabinet scheduled this evening has been cancelled.
The decision to this effect was taken in view of the discussion in the Rajya Sabha on the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Bill and the National Investigation Agency Bill, official sources said.

The two bills were passed by the Lok Sabha yesterday.
