Bone-chilling cold continued in the Capital on Monday as the minimum temperature stood at 2.4°C, five degrees below normal, but higher than Sunday's minimum of 1.9°C.

Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad also continued to shiver at 0.6°C, 3.6°C and -0.1°C, respectively.
The maximum temperature was recorded as 13.4°C, seven degrees below normal. On Tuesday, the temperature in Delhi will be between 3°C and 13°C, with fog in the morning.
But there is good news for those tired of braving the cold. Temperatures in Delhi - at least during the day - will go up from Wednesday.
"We expect clearer days and the temperature to go up from Wednesday. While the minimum temperature will be low, it won't be as low as it has been in the last week," a Meteorological Department official said.
The severe cold wave has claimed the life of six homeless people in the Capital so far.
