The minimum temperature was a notch above normal at 27 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature was expected to hover around 32 degrees.

The humidity was oscillating between 95 percent and 64 percent.

"Skies will remain cloudy with one or two spells of rains or thundershowers in some pockets of the city. Few spells may be heavier in some areas," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Delhi recorded 1.3 mm rainfall till 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The total rainfall recorded in the city for the season was 460.2 mm, seven percent more than the average, the official said.
