The Congress core committee met on Friday to discuss the current situation in Parliament. Party chief Sonia Gandhi and PM Manmohan Singh were present at the meeting.
Top sources said, the party brass looked at the possibility of an all-party meet under the Lok Sabha Speaker on Monday.

The party also decided to prepare for a debate on the coal allocation under rule 184 that would entail voting in Lok Sabha.
