Court summons senior cop

A Delhi court on Tuesday directed DCP Crime Branch to appear before it in connection with a plea seeking registration of an FIR against city transport minister and others alleging that the December 16 gang rape had occurred due to their "corrupt" activities.

An RTI activist had filed the plea.
