Debris work reviwed

With 10 days left for the deadline of removing debris from Delhi roads, chief secretary Rakesh Mehta reviewed its progress in a meeting at his secretariat office on Saturday.

With 10 days left for the deadline of removing debris from Delhi roads, chief secretary Rakesh Mehta reviewed its progress in a meeting at his secretariat office on Saturday.

The representatives of all the agencies that are carrying out construction and the officers of the company assigned to remove the debris from various construction sites attended the meeting.

The agencies claimed they have cleared debris from most of the big construction sites. Mehta asked the agencies to ensure that August 31 deadline is met.
