Sources said Bhushan will be asked to give details of the office computer on which the note was typed and the name of his personal staff to whom he had given "dictation".

"We can check from the computer's memory if such a noted was indeed typed. Also, the personal staff who was dictated the note will be made to testify," a senior official said.

The DGCA will ask for these details in its reply to a letter sent by Bhushan wherein he had said that he had indeed made a file noting on KFA and that it was a very serious matter that the noting had gone missing from the DGCA file.

Bhushan was removed as chief of the DGCA on July 10 - a day after he had reportedly decided to issue a notice to KFA asking it to put things in order and pay employees.
