After providing training to the executives from Mumbai Metro Rail, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has started a special training programme for about 400 recruits of the Bangalore Metro.

According to DMRC officials, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (BMRCL) has given a requisition of a total of 383 candidates to be trained in the Delhi Metro.

"Metro operations in Bangalore are likely to start by the end of this year. A batch of 84 candidates, who recently joined BMRCL, are undergoing training," said Anuj Dayal, DMRC spokesperson.
