“While we have come a long way in helping the students belonging to the PH category, we are very disappointed at the lackadaisical response from colleges. Colleges such as Daulat Ram have not admitted these students and instead taken in OBC category students. Others such as Ramjas and Kirori Mal have yet to give them a fee waiver and refund fees of some PH students.
