The Delhi University vice chancellor Dinesh Singh has set up a task force called the Task Force on Enabling the Young —Redefining Education.

The primary job of the task force will be to look at education in the context of the last two years and modify it according to the needs of the nation.
"The task force will also come up with a proposal on the implementation of the four-year undergraduate programme that the university will start next year. It will be a set of recommendations on the modalities and not the curriculum," said Singh.
The body will take into consideration the deliberations that were done during the two-day Academic Congress held earlier this month.
The task force will have 61 members including teachers, heads of departments and deans of faculties and will be headed by the pro-vice chancellor.
The report of the task force will have to be submitted by the end of October, Singh added.
