After a week of relentless heat and bright sunshine, the city may witness a thunderstorm over the weekend. According to the India Meteorological department (IMD), there is a fair chance of the occurrence of a thunderstorm in Delhi during the weekend because of a western disturbance. It is also expected to bring rain to parts of Himachal Pradesh.
