A builder who reportedly duped more than 300 investors in Delhi and Noida surrendered before a Noida court on Friday. The accused identified as Jitendra Choudhary, director of Green City Builder, who was running offices from Noida and Laxmi Nagar in Delhi had reportedly cheated several people to the tune of crores of rupees on the pretext of providing them homes in Bhiwani in Haryana, police said.
