And much to their delight, all have a bright chance in getting to the college of their choice in Delhi University, where more than 1,500 seats reserved for them.

Academician Dr Shyama Chona, said. "Because of the lack of disabled-friendly infrastructure, many students don't take admission in colleges. But within three years, all institutions have to become disabled-friendly.”

Of the students who cleared class 12 boards in Delhi, seven disabled students scored more than 90%—second highest in India after Chennai where the number stands at 10. The topper among physically challenged students is Parth Bhavsar from Army School, Kota, Rajasthan. The second topper Shubhangi Goel studied in a Delhi school.
