Defending the Indo-Pak joint statement issued during Egypt summit, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today said we need cooperation from Pakistan and not conflict. The Opposition criticised Manmohan Singh over the joint statement.
Singh signed a joint statement with Pakistan PM Yusuf Raza Gilani during a meeting in Egypt agreeing to delink the issue of terrorism from the broader peace process.
