Professor Sarkar accompanied Hindustan Times to the four routes that reported the maximum number of fatal road accidents in Delhi in 2010.

Considering that these routes are some of the most used stretches in the national Capital, HT has taken it upon itself to investigate the reason behind the spiraling number of road fatalities reported in a city which aspires to reach 'world class' status and pats itself on the back for having successfully pulled-off a recent spectacle called the Commonwealth Games last year.
