The city police today informed the Delhi High Court that investigation against top Maoist leader Kobad Ghandy for his alleged involvement in anti-national activities is complete and it will soon file its status report.

Justice Indermeet Kaur granted four weeks time to police to file the investigation report and restrained it to conduct narco-analysis test on 63-year-old Ghandy till further order.
The High Court had on November 5 restrained the police from conducting narco test till today which has been extended.
The court had passed the order after Ghandy's counsel said that until and unless Constitutional validity of narco test is decided by the Supreme Court, an accused cannot be forced to undergo such a test.
The trial court had on October 31 allowed conduct of the test on the top Maoist leader.
Ghandy, arrested from the national capital on September 20, has been booked under various provisions of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
