What does it take to start a successful gaming company in India?

As with all start-ups, you need passion. Ideally, a gaming company should focus on creating original gaming intellectual property on one or multiple gaming platforms. The most popular platforms are cell phones, computers, the Web and consoles. Since the industry is in its early stages in India, there is a lot of scope to succeed.

What qualities do you look for when hiring?
A passion for gaming, the drive to do something new and a positive attitude are considered invaluable at Indiagames. For us, qualifications don’t matter. It’s the result that counts.
