Jams make Delhi bitter

Commuters had a tough time navigating several Delhi roads on Monday. One of the worst affected areas was Connaught Place, where a bus broke down in the middle of the road causing a severe traffic jam at around 4:30 pm. HT Correspondent reports.

Commuters had a tough time navigating several Delhi roads on Monday. One of the worst affected areas was Connaught Place, where a bus broke down in the middle of the road causing a severe traffic jam at around 4:30 pm.

Traffic movement got badly affected in Rao Tula Ram Marg in south Delhi and North Campus as well. However, cops could not give a reason for the jam in Rao Tula Ram Marg. “There is no specific reason. However, traffic jam on roads near North Campus could be due admissions rush at DU,” said Ajay Chadha, special CP (Traffic).
