The skeleton of a six-foot pandal, a handful of white Anna caps, and posters carrying the 74-year-old civil society activist's face superimposed on a picture of the Parliament announced Team Anna's return to Jantar Mantar on Saturday evening.

'Government bringing a weak Lokpal - What will you do now?' asked the poster, before suggesting 'December 11, 9 am' as the answer.
"We have been here since evening and are working together to ensure that everything is in order before Annaji arrives," said Ankit Sharma, one of a dozen volunteers toting the poster.
Red carpets, meant to be spread on the cold street before the dawn of Sunday were piled on top of each other in a corner below a white tent.
A lone water tanker, which a volunteer reassuringly claimed would soon be joined by more for the thousands of visitors expected to sit-in with the anti-corruption crusader, stood next to the carpets.
"Annaji will be joined by representatives of five to six political parties tomorrow. The arrangements will be made throughout the night," said Aswathi, a Team Anna member.
