Major Nitesh Roy, injured in the Kabul blast on February 28, died at the Army’s Research and Referral Hospital on Wednesday.

Major Nitesh Roy, injured in the Kabul blast on February 28, died at the Army’s Research and Referral Hospital on Wednesday. The Indian death toll has risen to seven. Major Roy hailed from Ranchi. The Major is survived by his wife Captain Seema Mishra of the Army Education Corps and a two-year-old daughter. Two other officers, Major L. Jyotin Singh of Army Medical Corps and Major Deepak Yadav of Army Education Corps were killed in the Kabul terror attack.
