With a pass percentage of 93.14, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has seen a slight increase from last year’s 92.89 per cent. The average pass percentage of Delhi Kendriya Vidyalaya schools is 93.03, while the Chennai region has scored a pass percentage of 96.40.

Kendriya Vidyalaya teachers attribute the success to hard work. “We have achieved this success on the basis of our focus on academics and hard work. We also ensure that our students are free of any stress,” said Bharti Mahajan, principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Janakpuri.

Apart from Kendriya Vidyalayas, students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas have also done well this year, with a pass percentage of 90.11, a figure that puts them second in the list of toppers.
