The Delhi Police have arrested the third accused in connection with the murder of 28-year-old Rohit Ahlawat, an advocate who was abducted by his friends on Monday. Police had earlier arrested two persons - Anadil and Mohammad Alam in the case. Three more accused are yet to be caught.

The third accused, identified as Raju, is a cab driver. He has been arrested for not informing the police about the incident. "Anadil made the ransom call when Raju was driving the cab. The former had hired a cab from Jaipur few days before abducting Ahlawat," a senior police officer requesting anonymity said.
"Raju did not witness the murder. But when the five accused returned from Sambhal after dumping the body, they picked Raju from Noida and went to Jaipur again. On their way, Anadil made the ransom calls," the officer added.
Ahlawat, who worked as an assistant in the legal cell of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), had gone missing on Monday night. Anadil and his friends had hatched the conspiracy to rob Ahlawat and then kill him.
