In a complaint to the police, a former AAP worker has accused senior party leader Kumar Vishwas of sexually harassing her at a luxury hotel in Delhi.

The complainant had earlier moved the Delhi Commission for Women demanding that Vishwas deny rumours of an affair.
The same party worker had earlier approached the Delhi Commission for Women against Vishwas and had demanded that he deny ‘rumors’ over their alleged affair.
“He used to tell me that if I cooperate with him, I will have one of the top positions in the party. When I was campaigning in Amethi, he harassed me and made inappropriate comments and gestures,” the complainant said.
The woman has forwarded copies of her complaint to police commissioner BS Bassi and National Commission for Women.
No FIR has been filed yet.
An officer said the complaint was sent through speed post and was received at the Chanakyapuri police station on August 6.
An AAP spokesperson said: “This is an attempt by other parties to malign us”.
