A court here has issued non-bailable warrants against two retired officers of Delhi government’s Transport Department for not joining the investigation in a scam relating to fitness test of commercial vehicles.

Special Judge Narottam Kaushal issued the warrants against Ashok Kumar Gupta and VK Gupta on an application moved by the anti-corruption branch of the Delhi government.
The anti-corruption branch told the court that the duo had not joined the investigation despite repeated notices.
