The 45-minute post-lunch one-on-one between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday at Singh’s residence will have no structured agenda.

But, government sources said, they would discuss bilateral ties that have shown positive signs after Pakistan accorded most-favoured nation status to India.
Although there would be no delegation-level talks and no diplomatic papers prepared for the meeting, the sources said Singh might focus on enhanced trade between the two countries with an integrated check post to be inaugurated on April 15 at the Wagah-Attari border.
He will demand dismantling of the terror network — particularly of the Hafiz Saeed-led Lashkar-e-Taiba — functioning from Pakistani soil. They may also take further steps to ease travel restrictions between the two countries.
