Online payment for UK visa fee

From May 1, United Kingdom visa applicants in India will have the option of paying visa fee online through credit or debit cards. Other methods of payment, including payment at the visa application centre by demand draft or in cash, will continue to be accepted.

In a press note issued by the British High Commission, Thomas Greig, home office regional director, said: "Customers in India can now benefit from the option to pay online… It is part of the home office’s programme of modernisation."
