Pay house tax by June 30 at zonal offices: MCD

“All property owners are advised to avail the opportunity and deposit the lump-sum payment of property tax before June 30. This will enable them to get the benefit of 15% rebate for making timely payment. They would also be able to avail of other additional rebate / concessions as applicable,” said a senior MCD official.

Those who fail to make payments will attract usual interest for the delayed payment as per provisions of Delhi Municipal Corporation (DMC) Act.
