"Every question (on the joint statement) has been answered clearly by the prime minister," Congress leader and central minister Kapil Sibal told reporters in parliament after Manmohan Singh replied to a debate in the Lok Sabha on the joint statement.

"There is no question of (resuming) the composite dialogue with Pakistan unless there is some progress against terrorism," Sibal added, echoing the prime minister's words.
