Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday greeted the people on the occasion of Onam, the harvest festival, celebrated in Kerala.
In his message, Singh said Onam signified the importance of love, unity and brotherhood.

"May this festival usher in all round prosperity, peace and harmony," the Prime Minister added.
Onam will be celebrated by Malayam-speaking people across the globe on Friday.
