Property dealer's wife, son stabbed to death in West Delhi

In a case of double murder, a property dealer's wife and his six-year-old son were stabbed to death at their residence in West Delhi. The incident came to light when the property dealer Pawan reached his house in West Patel Nagar at around 2:30 am, a senior police official said today.

Pawan told police that when he reached the house, he found the door open and found his wife Anuradha lying in a pool of blood in the kitchen.

His son was found murdered in another room.

Investigators believe that personal rivalry led to the murders and not robbery as the house was not ransacked.

The family had returned from a pilgrimage to Kedarnath only a day before.
