Experts advise students to review and revise whatever they have learnt, rather than try and learn new things.

“At this crucial time, students should not be trying out anything new. New books or guides must not be referred to. Rather, they should revise and consolidate whatever they have,” said counsellor Deepa Saini.

Students are also recommended to follow a light diet and avoid oily foods. "Juices and soups must be consumed, and tea and coffee should be avoided," said Anita Sharma, principal.

“I also ask students to de-stress by practicing yoga and meditation with exercises like bharamari pranayam," she added.

Bloom Public School principal P. Sudha said students should be positive and relax, rather than fret. “Students should know that most do better in boards than the pre-boards. Also, board exams are not the end of the world,” she said.
