Nupur Talwar, facing arrest in the twin murder case of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, on Thursday moved the Supreme Court seeking stay on the non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued against her by the trial court.
A bench of justice AK Patnaik and justice Swatanter Kumar, however, refused to hear her plea and said that it would be taken up on Friday.

Nupur is facing arrest as the CBI is looking for her and conducted raids yesterday pursuant to the NBW issued against her by a Ghaziabad court.
Pleading for an urgent hearing, the dentist' counsel submitted that she is not a fugitive.
"She is not a fugitive and running away from justice," senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for her, submitted, while seeking urgent hearing of the case.
The bench, however, said the matter is not listed on Thursday and it would hear the case on Friday.
"Tomorrow we will see it," the bench said.
