Scoring high, making grades

Question 1: I am in class 10. I have scored A1, A2 and B1 in some subjects. Do I still stand a chance of scoring A1 in those subjects and a CGPA of 9.8?
Response: Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is the average of Grade Points obtained in all the subjects (excluding the sixth additional subject as per scheme of subjects). Grades and grade points are awarded on the basis of marks secured by students in various formative and summative assessments. You should study hard and stop worrying.

Question 2: If I have opted for school-conducted Summative Assessment-II (SA-II) in class 10, can I sit for Aligarh Muslim University's entrance exam?
Response: There is no difference in the school-based evaluation certificates issued by the Board to candidates who have appeared in School Conducted/Board Conducted Summative Examination II. You can appear in Aligarh Muslim University's entrance examinations, based on the concerned University's admission criteria.

Question 3: I am a student of class 10 in New Delhi. I opted for board-conducted exams as my father is in a transferable government job. However, he has not got transferred this year. The principal of my school is forcing me to leave, as I have opted for board exams. I don’t want to leave school but my principal is harassing me. Where will I get admission in class 11?
Response: Schools should not discriminate between students opting for Board-conducted examinations and those opting for school-conducted examinations.
