Singers accuse organiser of abuse

Two pop singers, who had come for a New Year celebration event in Faridabad, were allegedly manhandled by the organiser. Prabhu Razdan reports.

Two pop singers, who had come for a New Year celebration event in Faridabad, were allegedly manhandled by the organiser.

The victims have lodged a complaint with the Surajkund police station. The incident occurred on Friday night at Jungle Fowl in Surajkund area near Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range where singers Sonu Thukral and DJ Sheizwood were invited to perform.

Trouble began when some bouncers deployed outside the venue stopped some people invited by Thukral from entering. When Thukral he sent his manager to question the move, he was beaten up.
