South Corp polls on April 16

Three candidates each are in the fray for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. The elections for the civic body are scheduled to be held on April 16.

Three candidates each are in the fray for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. The elections for the civic body are scheduled to be held on April 16.

Abhishek Dutt from Congress, Independent Parmila Tokas and BJP’s Sarita Chaudhary will vie for the mayor’s position, while Independent Satender Singh Rana, Congress’ Praveen Rana and BSP’s Sahi Ram, who is supported by the BJP, will fight for the deputy mayor’s post.
