Standing committee elections held in EDMC, NDMC

The East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) and the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) on Thursday held elections for the post of chairman and deputy chairman of their standing committees.

In NDMC, Yogendra Chandolia and Vijay Prakash Pandey were unanimously elected chairman and deputy chairman respectively of the standing committee. In EDMC, Mehak Singh and Lata Gupta were unanimously elected chairman and deputy chairperson.

The election for chairman and deputy chairman of education committee was also held. htc
